Kerry began meditating in the insight tradition in 2010. Soon thereafter, she felt a tension between her work as an academic and the path of liberation. For the last 10 years, she has been on an experiential journey, taking on a variety of roles to explore job characteristics that support and impede the centering of dharma in daily life. She currently works in a grocery store, serves as primary caretaker for her parents, and writes about wise livelihood wiselivelihoodproject.org.
