Questions Regarding Dukkha

Andrea Fella
By: Andrea Fella

A response to three questions from the group: Describe tools for working with the three kinds of dukkha (from last week's talk.) Can meditation be used as an escape from difficulty, and is that using meditation in a wrong way? What is the relationship between the practice and an experience of ease, peace, and compassion in the midst of suffering.
