Compassion is a beautiful thing. If you want to cultivate compassion, some of the conditions you could put in place might include: being present for people; getting to know people better; dealing with your own anxiety and feeling safe; learning about what obstacles you might have to being compassionate; being calm and relaxed; and studying or reflecting on compassion.
